1. Our role

CoffeeCartRental.com is a directory and lead-generation marketplace. We list coffee cart and mobile espresso bar businesses in US cities and help event organizers contact them. We are not a party to any rental or service agreement between you and a listed business. All bookings, pricing, availability, and service terms are agreed directly between you and the business.

2. Listings

Listings are based on publicly available information. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide to us.

3. Featured subscriptions (for pros)

Coffee cart businesses may purchase a Featured listing subscription. Fees are charged in advance via Stripe on a monthly basis (cancellable at any time; no refunds for partial months). Featured placement does not guarantee bookings, revenue, or a specific number of leads.

4. Lead requests

When you submit a lead request, we share your contact details with the businesses you selected. We cannot guarantee that a business will respond or be available on your date.

5. Featured placement is not a guarantee

Paying for a Featured listing changes the order in which your business appears on our city pages. It does not guarantee bookings, revenue, or a specific number of leads.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape our directory in bulk, misrepresent yourself, submit false leads, or use the site for spam or unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, text, and original content are owned by CoffeeCartRental.com. Business names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoffeeCartRental.com is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on listings, or any transaction with a listed business.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
