• Contact form & lead requests: when you request quotes for an event, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date, and event details.
• Business listings: for coffee cart companies, we collect publicly available business information (name, address, phone, website) from public directories such as Google Maps and the businesses' own websites.
• Subscriptions: if you subscribe as a featured pro, Stripe processes your payment; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: we may use basic analytics (pages visited, referral source, device type) to improve the site.

2. How we use information

• To operate and improve our directory.
• To connect event organizers with coffee cart professionals.
• To send marketing emails to business owners about their listings. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery via Resend, payments via Stripe) and, when you submit a lead request, with the coffee cart businesses you ask us to connect you with.

4. Featured listings

Businesses may choose to pay for a Featured listing so their business appears first on their city page. Featured placement never changes the accuracy of the information shown — it simply changes the order of listings. We never sell your personal information.

5. Your rights (California & other US states)

6. Email marketing & unsubscribing

We may email business owners listed in our directory about their free listing and optional paid features. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or on our Unsubscribe page.
